The Communications department is responsible for the external and internal communications of the Ragon, including press releases, social media management, and website management and development.
The Executive Office staff supports our executive team, manages Ragon-wide events and faculty searches, and supports the Ragon’s educational efforts.
The Facilities department manages the complex infrastructure and safety requirements of our lab and buildings. They are also supporting the design of our new building.
The Finance Department oversees the financial health of the Institute, including budgeting, forecasting, procurement, and long-term planning
The Grants Management team handles all aspects of the grant process, from coordinating a smooth and complete submission process to tracking, reporting, and managing the funds once a grant has been awarded.
The HR Department manages the employee experience from recruiting candidates to managing payroll and benefits programs to compliance issues and the development of policy and guidelines.
The IT department is responsible for the management, strategy, and execution of IT infrastructure for the Ragon, from servers to computers to data protection and storage.
The Regulatory Department works with our clinical research team to understand and ensure compliance with the guidelines and regulations that govern any research involving human subjects.
The Ragon’s clinical research focuses on clinical studies in infectious diseases such as HIV and COVID-19.
